Wrap it up!

Chicken Nori Wrap

You might see nori commonly used to wrap Sushi. But it is also a great alternative to bread or wraps if your trying to steer clear of grains. Not only does it taste good, nori contains between 30 and 50 percent protein, is rich in iodine and iron and is fairly low in sodium because most of the salt is washed away during processing. It is a also good source of vitamin A + C, folate, potassium, magnesium, riboflavin(B2), niacin.
