Turkey + Guacamole Rolls


Serves 1! 
Perfect 3:30-itis snack


Ingredients
* 50g Turkey
* 25g Avocado (1 TBS)
* Tomato
* Onion

Directions
Cut up tomato and onion
Place in a bowl with avocado
Mix it up and season with salt
Roll up mixture into slices of turkey
Garnish rolls with the remaining guacamole.

Protein Jelly

Protein Jelly!


Ingredients
* 2 x Packet of Jellylite (no sugar jelly)
* 1 scoop Protein Powder
* 500ml Hot water
* 500ml Cold Water


Directions
Dissolve the packets of Jellylite in 500ml of hot water
Measure out 500ml of cold water and add protein powder
Mix both together 
Set in the fridge
