Zucchini "Fettuccine"

Zucchini "Fettuccine"

Great substitute for pasta!


Ingredients

* Zucchini

* Favourite Bolognese Sauce 

Directions
Boil some salted water in a saucepan.
Grab a vege peeler and create long, thin strips from the zucchini.
Place them into the saucepan of boiling water for a 
minute or two to blanch it
Making sure they don't go to mushy. 
Drain the zucchini really well. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss with your sauce !
