Chocolate Protein Balls

Chocolate Protein Balls



Ingredients
3 scoops Chocolate protein powder 
10g (1/2 TBS) unsweetened cocoa powder
20g Almond butter or any other nut butter
1 tsp of vanilla essence
Dash of Almond milk or Normal milk
2-3 tsp Stevia (to taste)

Directions
Mix all ingredients except milk in a bowl
Slowly add milk so it's stays a thick consistency 
Roll into balls 
Place in fridge to harden

French Fry Freedom!


Eggplant Chips

We all know chips are bad for us so here's an alternative for when your craving something on the salty side!




Ingredients

* 1-2 Eggplants
* Salt
* Olive oil spray


Directions

1) Cut eggplant into thin slices
2) Cover slices with a sprinkle of salt,
 let it soak for about 30 min so the moisture can be drawn out.
3) Tap dry the slices with a paper towel.
4) Place slices on baking tray and spray 
with little olive oil.
5) Place in 180 degree oven for about 30-40 min or until brown and crispy. 
Enjoy!

Don't like eggplant?
No worries!
Try it with-

* Zucchini
or
* Cauliflower

Grill eggplant pieces on a BBQ or hot plate!

30 Calorie Coconut Macaroons!


Ingredients

* 100g Desiccated Coconut
* Around 2 large Egg whites
* 25g Chocolate Protein powder
* 1-2 TBS Stevia 

Directions
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees. 
Mix all the dry ingredients first.
Slowly add the egg white to ensure batter doesn't get too runny.
Drop teaspoons of mixture onto lined or non-stick baking tray.
Cook for 12-15 min or until you notice the coconut getting brown around the sides.
Take it out and enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea :)
