Healthy Almond + Coconut + Banana + Choc + Carrot Cakes
Ingredients
100 g Almond meal
28g (2 TBS) Coconut oil, melted
1/2 of large banana (or 1 small) mashed
1/2 cup shredded carrot
2 eggs
1 egg white
1 tsp sifted unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tsp stevia
Directions
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Mix all wet ingredients together in one bowl
Mix all dry in another bowl
Combine the wet and the dry
Place mixture into muffin tin
Can make 12 small or 6 large
Bake in oven for 10 min or until cooked through
Calories- 85 each
