Bread-less burger!



Portabello Chicken Burger 



Ingredients

* 2 Portabello Caps
* 85g chicken, cooked 
* 2 slices of tomato
* 1/4 cup fresh lettuce
* 1 tablespoons avocado

Instructions:
Peel the skin off the mushroom and remove the stem gently so it doesn't split the mushroom.
Grill mushrooms, each side until golden brown on the top and it becomes tender.
Top mushroom pieces with remaining ingredients.
